Kathryn is the Owner and Director of One Moon Doula Services, which began in 2013 as a private doula practice and evolved into a boutique agency serving families all over San Diego. She is a Postpartum Doula (trained by three professional organizations: CAPPA, DONA, and ProDoula) and is a Certified Sleep Coach. She prides herself in cultivating a top-notch team of professional Postpartum Doulas, Newborn Care Specialists, and Sleep Coaches, and matching them with families based on their needs.

Kathryn grew up in Virginia near Washington, D.C. and has lived in New York, Ecuador, and California. She attended the College of William and Mary and received her Master’s in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University. (She worked for 15 years as a Mediator prior to becoming a Postpartum Doula). She now lives in Encinitas, California with her husband, two young sons, and her dog Luna (the only other girl in the house).
